- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Certain products, such as personalized items or those marked as non-returnable, may not be eligible for a return.
2. Refund Process

3. Refund Timing
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
